How can I use a tentative loss cost?
You may use a tentative loss cost for eligible risks until the specific loss cost is available. Whenever a tentative rate is used, you must attach a Tentative Rate Endorsement CP 99 93 and apply to WSRB for a specific loss cost.
CP 99 93 may also be used at policy renewal in the event that, due to materially changed conditions, an existing specific rate becomes inequitable. After the actual specific rate is available, endorse the policy to the specific rate. The new rate will be effective as of the inspection date or the renewal date of the policy.
