Your company must be a WSRB Subscriber before individual employees or agents can access our data. Here’s how to get started.
WSRB provides property risk data and rating tools to support insurers operating in Washington state. However, only companies - not individuals - can become Subscribers. Once your company has subscribed, employees and agents may create their own individual user accounts at no extra cost.
This article outlines:
Step 1: Company Subscription Comes First
Who can become a WSRB Subscriber?

Step 2: Individual Users Can Create Accounts
Once your company is a Subscriber, employees and agents can create personal accounts to log in to the WSRB Solutions website and access relevant data.
You must use a business email address linked to your company or agency. We cannot approve personal email addresses.

Individual Accounts
You’ll find full details in our Individual Account FAQ, but here are some key points:
- Who Can Sign Up?
- Only individuals affiliated with a subscribing company (insurer or agency) are eligible.
- Does It Cost More?
- No! Each subscriber company can have unlimited individual accounts at no additional cost.
- Is It Secure?
- Yes. Each account is tied to a company email. When an employee leaves, they lose access. Shared accounts are actually more prone to unauthorized use.
- Why Is It Better Than Sharing?
-
Avoid lockouts and reset issues
-
Get compliance updates and WSRB notices directly
-
Manage your own password and profile
