Prior to your community's Protection Class evaluation, WSRB will request documentation about your emergency communication center's staffing, training, certifications, and operational performance.

Prior to the evaluation, you'll receive an email from WSRB outlining the documents needed for your emergency communication center.
Gather the requested information and reply to the email with the requested documentation attached.

Required documentation
Please provide the following information:

Initial Training Program
Provide an overview of your training program for new call takers and dispatchers, including:
Personnel Certifications
Provide a current list of certifications for all active personnel.
Continuing Education Records
Provide training records from the previous calendar year showing continuing education hours completed by personnel.
Call Volume
Provide the total call volume for the previous calendar year.
Staffing Schedule
Provide a staffing schedule showing:
- Number of call takers
- Number of dispatchers
- Number of supervisors
- Hours of coverage
Call Answering / Processing Times (if available)
If your center tracks performance to applicable NFPA criteria, please include call answering and call processing time reports.

Once you've gathered the requested documentation, attach the files to your reply to the original WSRB evaluation request email.
